Longhorn Steakhouse has a few vegan options, nothing particularly spectacular, but they at least have a few things unlike some of their competitors such as Texas Roadhouse which basically has apple sauce, lettuce, and peanuts.
Table of Contents
They don’t have a veggie burger or anything, which sucks, but they do have vegan bread, salad, and quite a few more sides to choose from — so eating there is possible for us vegans, just not pleasurable.

So how is longhorn steakhouse for a Vegan?
It’s not great, but it’s definitely doable. I’d say it’s worth a shot if you like relatively plain food, but ideally got to a place with actual vegan options of course.
You can make a good meal out of one or two plain baked potatoes (Sweet or regular), rice pilaf, and maybe a vegetable side without butter.
It may not be great, but it should do the trick of giving you some decent nutrition and getting you to your next meal.
It’ll just be a bit expensive for what you get and not be anything special that you couldn’t make at home.
